Responsible for the design and development of the RF unit hardware in the project, including schematic design, PCB design, and function debugging;
Complete the design, coding and testing of software and hardware modules according to the R&D plan and task arrangement;
Participate in the design and analysis of systems;
Responsible for the preparation of relevant technical documents;
Cooperate with other engineers in joint debugging work;
Solve key issues and technical problems in the project.
Have a deep understanding of the basic principles of heterodyne/quadrature modulation/RF direct sampling receivers/transmitters and the implementation methods of each link. Understand the basic principles and common implementation methods of communication systems. Have in-depth research and implementation experience in one of a narrowband single-carrier system or a wideband multi-carrier system;
Postgraduate degree in microwave/communications;
Proficient in ADS/HFSS/Cadence/MATLAB and other development tool chains;
Familiar with the principles and implementation of phase-locked loops, RF switch matrices, amplifiers, mixers, and various RF/microwave filters;
Have rich experience in board debugging, and be proficient in using instruments such as signal generators, signal analyzers, and vector network analyzers; have a deep understanding of the principles of RF measurement;
Candidates with experience in leading a design team are preferred.
