The MDO-1201A oscilloscope unit in the METER™ series of PXI measuring instruments has a single-channel input and a sampling rate of up to 120 GSa/s. It has an industry-leading test bandwidth and is widely used in high-speed interface time domain testing. It can be used in MET®'s AVATAR™-ADDA, AVATAR™-SerDes, KNOX™-PAMiD and other test systems to test various high-speed digital interfaces, RF chips, and mass-produced board modules.
